The redevelopment project also focused on improving the Bodio Center’s ESG standards. From the reduction of energy consumption, reducing total CO2emissions, to the use of rainwater to irrigate the green areas. From the care of the design and signage to encourage separated waste collection, to the charging columns reserved for the tenants’ bikes, cars and e-scooters. From the inclusion of a wild garden to foster biodiversity to the attention to comfort, with areas devoted to fitness and leisure.
